That $35 garlic press I bought last week is a total game changer
Honestly I have been smashing garlic with a knife for like 10 years and always ended up with sticky fingers. Picked up this OXO Good Grips press at Target for $35 and it cleaned out in 2 seconds under the faucet. Anyone else finally give in and buy one of these after fighting with cloves forever?

Bought my first garlic press last year for the same reason. Smashing cloves with a knife works fine until you need like 4 of them for a recipe. The OXO one is solid but honestly I grabbed a cheapo one from the grocery store for $8 and it still works great. Just make sure you get one with those little rubber handles so you can actually get some leverage. Never going back to sticky garlic fingers.
