I finally fixed that leaky pipe under my sink after six months of ignoring it

Washed dishes last Tuesday and heard dripping, crawled under there and found a puddle soaking the particle board shelf. Tightened a slip nut with a pair of channel locks and it's been dry since, makes me wonder what else I'm putting off.

Six months is fast, mine is still leaking from 2019.

Ugh, that's such a bummer. I feel like once those seals go bad they just refuse to stay fixed no matter what you try. At least with the replacement you're probably done worrying about it for a good long while.

Duct tape and flex seal got me through two winters on my 2018 model before I finally broke down and replaced the whole valve assembly. It's a pain but that's the only thing that actually stopped the dripping.
