Rant: My new kitchen faucet came with instructions that were clearly translated by a computer
Bought a faucet off Amazon last month. The instructions said things like "insert the water pipe into the main body and rotate clockwise until feeling the stop". Took me 45 minutes to figure out they meant hand tighten the supply line. Has anyone else dealt with awful translated instructions? Got a brand that actually includes clear diagrams?

The "until feeling the stop" line got me too when I had to assemble a shelf last week. Almost twisted a pipe clean off before I realized it was just snug.

Which part of the instructions felt the most misleading to you? I've seen assembly manuals use that "until feeling the stop" phrase and it always makes me wonder if they've ever actually tried following their own directions. It's like they expect us to read minds instead of just saying "tighten until hand tight and then stop.

Man oh man, that "until feeling the stop" thing got me good with a grill cover once. I kept pushing and thinking "am I there yet" while the whole thing started to bend.
