Wallpaper paste disasters from my childhood are why I stick to paint now.

That gloopy paste was the worst. It dried like cement on your arms and got all crusty in the hair. Tbh the smell alone brings back memories of my dad cursing at air bubbles. Peel-and-stick strips feel like cheating after all that. Honestly a total game changer for avoiding family glue fights.

My dad once tried to tile the bathroom and ended up with more grout on himself than the walls. Pretty sure he invented new curse words that day.
