Had a talk with my coworker Denise that made me rethink my whole doodling setup

She said she just uses a cheap ballpoint and sticky notes for her desk doodles while I'm over here with like 12 different microns and washi tape, and it hit me that maybe I'm overcomplicating something that's supposed to be simple and fun, anyone else ever feel like they need to downsize their supplies?

12 microns and washi tape for doodles that end up in the trash anyway.

I feel you on the "doodles that end up in the trash" part. I used to do the same thing with expensive paper until I switched to cheap printer paper and just used whatever pens I had lying around. Helped me stop worrying about wasting nice supplies.
