My neighbor swore by WD-40 for sticky door hinges, what a mess
Old man Jerry from two doors down told me just spray the hinges with WD-40 and it'll fix any squeak. I did that on my front door last Saturday and the whole thing got this oily gunk running down the frame. Took me 45 minutes with soap and a rag to clean it up. Anyone else had better luck with just plain bar soap or something different?

Read somewhere that graphite powder works way better than any spray.

@sean782 yeah nah graphite powder is way less messy than spray. Less buildup too.
