I thought painting my own kitchen cabinets in my Phoenix condo was a terrible idea until I saw the $4,000 quote from a contractor.

After watching three different YouTube tutorials and using a Wagner sprayer I rented for a weekend, the finished result looked professional and saved me a ton of cash, so has anyone else tackled a big paint job they were initially scared of?

That tape's been there a while, so you might need a heat gun or hair dryer to soften the adhesive before pulling it off cleanly. Otherwise you're just gonna peel off paint with it.

Honestly my bathroom still has painter's tape from a DIY job I chickened out on two months ago.

That "chickened out" feeling is so real, carr.elliot. The tape just becomes part of the decor after a while. You gotta just rip it off like a bandaid one day.
