Come on, that tile didn't "finally fit right." You just got tired and forced it. You probably left a bigger gap on one side and told yourself it's fine. That's how you end up with a whole floor that's off, and then the grout looks bad. It's better to just cut another one.

Adam's got a point about forcing tiles. A bad fit throws off the whole row and makes grout lines look messy. It's worth the extra minute to cut another piece.

Yeah, I learned that the hard way on a small bathroom floor. I was rushing and forced a cut that was maybe an eighth off. By the third row, the whole pattern was drifting. Had to pull up a bunch of tiles and start that section over. Taking the time for a fresh cut saves so much headache later.
