Switched from foam brushes to a cheap paint sprayer last month

Used to spend hours with foam brushes on cabinet doors. Tried that Wagner Flexio 590 from Home Depot for $80. Entire kitchen took me 3 hours instead of 12. Anyone else find sprayers way easier than brushing?

I get why people like sprayers but I actually prefer brushing. Way less cleanup and no overspray to worry about in tight spots.

@drew_bennett24 says "way less cleanup" but I've got to disagree on that one. A quick rinse in the driveway takes maybe 5 minutes with a sprayer while I'm still scraping dried foam off brushes from last week's cabinet job. Sprayers win for speed and the finish is way more even than any brush could ever do.

That cheap Harbor Freight sprayer I tried left so much paint in the air I was cleaning dust off the neighbor's car. I've switched to a decent Graco with the smaller tip and it's night and day, you just dial in the pressure right. For cabinets especially I'm with you, the even coat saves so much sanding time later.
