Heard about a guy who found a plumber using some old blueprints from the 70s that had weird drafting marks on them. The plumber actually knew a thing or two about architectural drawings from his trade school days. Maybe it's just me but I think that kind of cross skill knowledge is pretty rare these days.

Wait, a plumber from trade school actually knew how to read old school drafting marks? @bennett.vera, that's wild. Most guys I've met just wing it with a tape measure and a flashlight. I didn't think they taught you that stuff anymore unless you went into architecture. Sounds like that guy lucked out big time finding someone who could actually decipher those old blueprints.
