Hang on, is this really where we're at now? Dropping $800 just to skip a single week of something that might not even be that intense. A lot of people could stretch that cash to cover bills or a car payment, not just a short break from hustle culture. Seems like we've all gotten a little too used to these premium price tags on basic stuff. I'm not buying the idea that a week's worth of rest should cost the same as a decent used laptop. Feels more like a status thing than a real need.
