I finally had a job where the framers actually knew what they were doing

Did a whole house in Phoenix last month where every corner was plumb and every opening was square. We hung the entire first floor in one day because we didn't have to fight a single crooked stud. Why is that so rare these days?

Right? It's like finding a unicorn. Good crews make all the difference.

What makes a good crew so hard to find? It's not just about showing up, it's about everyone knowing their job and actually giving a damn. You get a team that works together and cares, the whole job just runs smooth. That kind of effort saves time and money on every single project. It's the difference between a constant headache and actually getting stuff done right.

You hit the nail on the head, and @riley_miller25 is right about it being a unicorn. A good crew changes everything because they take pride in the work. When people care, they measure twice and don't cut corners, literally. It saves so much time for everyone down the line, from us to the finish crews. That kind of skill and attitude just seems in short supply now, which is a real shame for the whole trade.
