Missing gear means wasted hours for real. People just don't get that tools are for work, not toys. See it all the time with borrowed stuff never coming back.

Borrowed stuff never coming back is so real. My friend let his cousin use a specialty drill for a weekend project. It vanished for two months, and my friend had to cancel jobs.
