Serious question, has anyone else tried both the 30 minute and 60 minute versions of the same facial?
I ran a test in my small shop in Bellingham, offering the same basic hydrating facial in both time slots for a month. The 60 minute version, where I could really work the massage and let the mask sit for a full 10 minutes, got me five repeat bookings from the same clients. The rushed 30 minute one? Zero. The extra time for the hands-on work made all the difference. What's your go-to minimum time for a basic facial to feel effective?

Serious question? It's a facial, not open heart surgery lol.

My cousin paid two hundred bucks for a facial that gave her a rash. Some of these places act like they're prepping you for a space mission. It really shouldn't be that serious.

Honestly, that makes total sense. A rushed facial just feels like a glorified face wash. The real benefit is in the massage and letting the products actually work. My skin always looks way better when there's time for proper pressure and letting a mask do its thing. Thirty minutes is barely enough to get started.
