Realized I've driven 200,000 miles in my truck without really noticing

Honestly I was checking my odometer yesterday and it hit 218,000 miles. I bought that truck back in 2012 with 18,000 on it, so that means I've put on 200,000 miles just going to job sites and hauling trees around the Portland area. Never really sat and thought about how many trips that is until I saw the number. Has anyone else had a milestone sneak up on them like that?

Man I don't know if I'd call 200,000 miles a milestone. That's just normal wear and tear on a truck. You probably would have noticed if you were keeping track of gas receipts anyway.

Bro 200k in a truck is wild but honestly thats nothing. I got a buddy who does tree work in his 2007 F250 and that thing has 350k on it. He just does oil changes and brakes and it keeps going. Trucks are built different I swear. Once you hit that 200k mark it almost feels like the truck is broken in and ready to keep going for another 200k. Just dont push it too hard on the highway or you'll be walking home.

Wait is that F250 still on the original transmission? 350k on a gas job with just oil changes is crazy to me. My truck hit 180k and I already had to swap the alternator and radiator.
