DAE have a quick warm-up routine to avoid getting stiff from all the crouching during hoof work?

Honestly, I've never found quick warm-ups that helpful for avoiding stiffness... spending a few minutes stretching after you're done seems to work better for me. Maybe it's just how my body reacts, but that's what keeps me from locking up.

Thought warm-ups were key for years. Your comment convinced me to focus more on cooling down. Now I feel much better the day after a workout.
