I thought those new composite shoes were just a fad, but after seeing a client's draft horse go from lame to sound in a month, I'm a believer.

The owner showed me the vet's X-rays from before and after, and the difference in that big Percheron's coffin bone angle was undeniable, so what's the most convincing case you've seen for a new material or method?

Totally get that! Honestly, seeing new stuff work in person is what always convinces me. It's like watching someone switch from a flip phone to a smartphone, the change is just too obvious to ignore.

Exactly, you need to see it to believe it.

Man, that's so true. Like when I saw my grandpa finally use a tablet for the first time. He went from asking me to print his emails to video calling my cousin overseas. His whole face changed, you could see it click. No amount of me explaining it did anything. He just had to hold it and see it work. Some things you really can't argue with until they're right in front of you.
