Just hit 1,000 square feet of LVP installed in a single day, solo. That number actually scared me a bit.

Tough it out? My knees would be dust. I use those gel knee pads with the hard plastic cap, the kind you strap on. Lets you slide into place for those long rows without feeling every seam in the subfloor.

A thousand feet solo is a crazy pace, my back hurts just reading it. I helped a buddy do his basement once and we barely managed half that with two people. The constant up and down to cut planks just kills your knees after a while. Do you use knee pads or just tough it out?

That's a wild amount of floor for one person. Honestly sounds like a fast track to not being able to walk the next day. Even with good knee pads, the constant getting up and down to cut and measure just wrecks you. I did a small bathroom once and my legs were shot. Can't imagine doing a whole house like that.
