Just realized how crew talk has shifted from the break room to the group chat
Back in the day, we'd all sit in the van after a job and swap stories about tough glue-downs or weird subfloors. Now everyone just texts a quick update and heads home. I miss hearing about how Joe handled that bowed board in real time, lol. It made solving problems feel more like a team thing, and you'd pick up tricks without even trying.

Remember when you could actually see someone's face when they described a tricky cut? I miss those van talks too. @casey_ramirez35 is right about the group chat being easier sometimes, but we caught a lot of small mistakes just by talking it out right there, like that time with the mismatched threshold.

Group chats are way more efficient for quick updates after a long day. Plus, everyone can chime in when they have time, not just when we're all stuck in the van.
