I think the 'Killer' Korean BBQ truck in Austin is just okay, honestly.
After waiting 45 minutes at a festival last month, the bulgogi was fine but the hype made me expect something that would change my life, so what's a truck that actually lives up to its reputation for you?

It's funny how the best food often comes with a wait. That extra time builds up the hunger and the hype, so the first bite hits way harder. Makes those happy tears make total sense.

That hour long wait for birria is a real test of patience. I've been there, staring at the counter while the smell just gets more intense. When the food finally arrives and it's that good, it feels like you earned every bite. Your buddy's happy tears are the best review a taco could ever get.
