PSA: The 'Big Red' truck in Portland finally got a permanent spot

I swung by their new setup on 3rd Avenue yesterday and the line was way shorter than at festivals. Has anyone tried their new pulled pork sandwich yet?

Oh nice, that's awesome for them! Always happy to see a good food truck get a stable home. I'll have to check it out next time I'm over there.

I used to think food trucks were better off moving around. The one on 5th Street changed my mind after seeing their line every single day. A brick and mortar spot makes sense for that kind of demand.
