Question about a food truck line hack that actually worked
I was stuck in a 45 minute line for the famous 'Smoke Show BBQ' truck at the downtown festival last Saturday, and I was about to give up. Then I noticed they had a separate, much shorter line just for people ordering their brisket sandwich, which was all I wanted anyway. Has anyone else found a truck that does this, or was it just a lucky one-off thing?

Spot that all the time at big events, it's a smart move by the truck to keep things moving. Brisket is their fastest thing to plate, so they split the line to serve more people. Always check both sides of the truck before you commit to the long wait. I've seen a few taco trucks do the same thing with just their basic tacos.

Smart vendors know how to work the crowd. It's all about reading the setup before you even get in line.

Ugh, that wait sounds brutal! Good catch on spotting the shorter line. Those hidden lines are lifesavers.
