Call before you go" seems like pretty basic advice. Is a wrong listing on an app really worth a full rant? Food trucks are unpredictable by nature, they run out of food or have bad weather. Maybe we just expect too much from a free app.

Drove 30 minutes last week because the app said open until 9. Got there at 7:15 and the guy was already shutting the service window, said they ran out hours ago. The app still showed them as 'open now' with a live icon and everything. That's not just unpredictable, that's the app straight up lying lol. Makes the whole thing pointless if the main info is wrong.

Exactly what happened to me with a taco truck last month, @nelson.abby. The app said they were open but the spot was empty. Makes the whole thing useless if the main info is wrong.
