That Korean taco truck near my office finally got my order right after 8 tries

The bulgogi was actually warm this time and they didn't forget the pickled radish, so I guess persistence pays off, has anyone else had a food truck that just could not get it together for months?

Eight tries is 7 more than I'd give any taco truck.

Nah, I gotta disagree a bit here. Maybe it's just me but I think some taco trucks are worth giving a real shot even if the first couple times aren't great. Like, I've had a few where the first visit was just okay but then I went back on a different day and it was way better. Could be the person working the grill that shift or they just had an off day. Eight tries sounds like a lot but idk, if the location is convenient and the prices are decent I can see someone wanting to make it work. Sometimes you just really want to support a local spot even if it's not hitting every single time.
