The new taco truck on 5th Street has a line that wraps the block every day

I finally tried the new 'El Jefe' truck downtown, and the wait was about 25 minutes. The food was great, but I'm torn. On one hand, a long line means it's popular and fresh. On the other, that's a big chunk of a lunch break. Do you think a wait that long is worth it, or does it push you to find a quicker spot?

A 25 minute wait is part of the experience for me, it builds up the hunger and makes the food taste even better.

Twenty-five minutes just for tacos... that's half my lunch break gone. I'd be staring at my watch the whole time, getting more hungry and annoyed. The food would have to be life-changing to make up for that kind of wait, and nothing from a truck is that good. I'd just walk to the next place with a shorter line.

Honestly, I read that long lines often mean the food is just okay, not great.
