Told the brisket guy his rub was too salty and he threw me a free sample of his new batch
Ngl, I felt like a jerk saying it out loud but he actually thanked me and changed up the blend the next week. Anyone else ever accidentally offend a food truck owner with honest feedback?

Buddy of mine told a taco truck dude his salsa was too watery. Guy just stared at him for a solid ten seconds then handed him a new batch that was way thicker. He still goes there every Thursday.

That's just how good service works, you know? People who actually care about what they do listen to feedback and fix things. It's the same everywhere, from taco trucks to hardware stores.
