Found a 1972 grocery list in a cookbook and had to choose between keeping it tucked away or framing it with the book.

I picked framing, and now it hangs in my kitchen, sparking way more conversations about the price of eggs than the recipes ever did, so what's the most interesting non-paper item you've found preserved in a book?

My grandma used a four leaf clover as a bookmark for years.

Honestly would've just left it in the book lol. Framing it feels like trying too hard to make a thing out of nothing.

But what if the book itself is the thing worth framing?
