Warning: Our foundry's new robots are making us forget how to work
We let the machines do everything and lose our touch with the metal. I noticed a crew mess up a simple pour because they trusted the auto-system too much. Now we're stuck fixing errors that should never happen.

Look at it as a learning curve instead of skill loss. Sometimes you need to see a machine mess up to really understand why the old way worked. Those occasional errors are just the price for getting a system that makes everyone better in the long run.
