A buddy of mine does freelance graphics. He got a note asking to "just tweak the colors" on a finished logo. That turned into fifty different mockups for their whole team to argue over. He lost his whole Saturday to it for no extra pay.

Gotta love when "just tweak the colors" turns into a full-blown focus group on your day off. They probably spent more time arguing than actually looking at the logos.
