DAE have to bribe your kids for quiet time to hit deadlines?

Mine only stay quiet if I promise pizza night. It works, but my budget is feeling it.

Tried a "special box" of small toys from the dollar store. Only came out during my crunch times. They got to pick one thing for every twenty minutes of quiet play. Worked like a charm because it was novel and the rules were clear from the start.

My neighbor resorted to offering a new pack of Fortnite V-Bucks for a solid hour of silence. The quiet was glorious, but then the kid figured out he could demand MORE quiet for MORE V-Bucks the next week. She said her whole payment system spiraled out of control until she just gave up and worked after bedtime.
