What's the main thing that pushes you into another all-nighter cycle?

Ugh, it's that weird zone after 10pm where my brain finally quiets down and I can focus. Once I get a few hours of that deep work in, going to sleep feels like wasting it. So I chase that focus again the next night, and suddenly I'm back in the cycle.
