Question about a client who ghosted after I sent the final invoice

Had this happen last month with a project in Austin, the invoice was for $1200. How do you guys handle chasing payment without burning a bridge for future work?

Ever try sending a follow-up invoice with a late fee added? I did that once, just a small percentage, and it got a reply real fast.

Rubys80 said burning a bridge over $1200 is a bit much, but that's a full paycheck for some people. You should absolutely chase it, just keep it professional. A polite follow-up email is a good start.

Burning a bridge" over $1200 seems a bit much.
