My small fleet just hit 100,000 miles without a single late delivery
I run three box trucks doing local deliveries in the Phoenix area. I checked the logs last week and saw the combined mileage for the year crossed that mark, and every single scheduled drop was on time. That's through all the usual traffic and heat issues. For a small operation, hitting that kind of reliability number felt like a real win. Has anyone else's team managed a long streak like that, and what do you think helped the most?

Congrats on the milestone, that's seriously impressive. I see this a lot with small businesses, where the owner's personal attention to detail makes the system work. You probably know your drivers' habits and the exact traffic pinch points, so you can build in that extra buffer time a bigger, more rigid company wouldn't. That local knowledge is what keeps the streak alive.

Wow, that's crazy good timing. My buddy's delivery van broke down last Tuesday and his whole route got pushed back a whole day, total mess. Makes your record even more wild.

My one Sprinter van made it to 50,000 before the AC gave out in July, so your streak is basically a miracle.
