Rarely, if we're being real. Most talk is just noise. What made you stop and notice THIS one? Was it the person who said it, or the timing?

Oh man, that's a tough one. I mean, honestly it's pretty rare for me too, like reese124 said. It happened last week though, my neighbor just said something super simple about being kind to yourself, and it hit me out of nowhere. Maybe it's just the right words at the right time, you know? The whole thing just stuck with me for days after.
