Visited a high-end furniture showroom in Scottsdale and noticed they're using a ton of colored milk paint on oak now.

Colored milk paint on oak, yeah that's everywhere now. It feels like a reaction to all that gray and white modern farmhouse stuff. I get the appeal, it adds a bit of character without being too dark. But honestly, it already looks a bit dated to me, like it's trying too hard.
