Frosted glass that turns clear in the sun still messes with my head
I put in a frosted glass shower door last week, and during the day it looks totally see-through. The customer called me, thinking I used the wrong glass. We both stood there watching it switch from fuzzy to clear as clouds passed by. I know the glass was right because I ordered it myself. This isn't the first time I've seen this happen with frosted stuff. It's like the glass has a mind of its own with sunlight. Makes me wonder if we should warn people about this trick.

I mean, I used to think that kind of glass was just cheap and poorly made when I saw it do that. But watching it flip from foggy to clear with the clouds, it's actually all about the light hitting it from a certain angle. Makes total sense now, even if it looks like magic at first. You really should tell people so they don't think you messed up.

Absolutely, explaining it helps a lot. I had a client once who thought their windows were defective because of how the light hit them. I took a minute to show them how the angle changes the look, and they were relieved. It's all about how the light scatters or reflects, and once you see it, it makes sense. Now I always point it out upfront to avoid any confusion, saves a lot of headaches lol. People appreciate knowing the science behind it, even if it seems simple.

People appreciate knowing the science behind it' is so true. I had a friend who was sure her new TV was broken because the screen looked weird from the side. I showed her how LCD screens work, how the viewing angle changes the colors. Once she saw it was normal, she stopped worrying. Now I always explain stuff like that upfront, saves so much trouble. It's all about making the hidden reasons clear.
