My recent tinted glass job went cloudy from cleaner

Using the wrong glass cleaner can haze up tinted film fast. I had to replace a big storefront panel after this mess. Now I only use cleaners made for tinted surfaces.

Remember hearing that ammonia cleaners fog up tint fast. A detailer once told me it breaks down the adhesive. Now I only use products labeled for tinted windows.

Yeah, I've heard that too. In my case, using a cleaner with ammonia made the tint peel at the edges after a few months. Your mileage may vary, but I only buy tint-safe now.
