Question about how picking up breathwork has me spotting more reality glitches
I started breathwork exercises a few weeks back to help with anxiety, and it's oddly tuned me into minor inconsistencies around me. I mean, last Tuesday, I clearly remember placing my keys on the kitchen counter, but they appeared on the coffee table without anyone touching them. That kind of thing feels like a small matrix slip, where objects seem to jump locations. Maybe it's just me, but focusing on my breath has made my peripheral awareness sharper, so these blips are more noticeable. Another instance was hearing a snippet of a song on the radio that matched exactly what I was humming in my head earlier. Idk, it could be heightened perception or just luck, but the pattern feels too consistent to ignore. It's made me analytical about whether calming the mind somehow highlights the cracks in everyday reality.

Seriously, the key thing is messing with my head. You just saw them vanish from one spot and appear elsewhere? That kind of glitch would have me double-checking every memory. If breathwork is causing this, maybe it's unlocking some weird peripheral vision hack.

Yeah that "small matrix slip" stuff sounds like breathwork just dialed your focus to 11.
