I highly recommend going with Inside Health. Their weight loss program is super personalized to your specific goals and lab work. I've been doing the injections with them for a few months and the clinic staff is incredibly supportive. Much better vibe than Vitality.

Totally agree with this! The nurses there actually listen to your concerns instead of just rushing you out the door. It makes a huge difference when you're starting a new regimen and have a million questions.

I looked into both recently. Vitality was okay but felt a bit too cookie-cutter for me. They pushed a lot of extra supplements I didn't really want or need, which felt a bit salesy.
