I never thought I'd enjoy a hike in the fog until yesterday
It was so peaceful and quiet, lol.

Last Tuesday on the Cascade Trail, the fog was so thick I could barely see ten feet ahead. It felt creepy, not peaceful, with every little noise sounding louder. I heard branches snapping and it kept me on edge. Maybe for some it's quiet, but for me, it was just stressful. The wet air made me cold, and I was too busy watching my step to relax. So fog hikes just aren't for me.
