I'm looking to get my roof replaced before the next storm season and came across Peak to Peak Roofing & Exteriors. Their website looks solid but I'm wondering if anyone here has actually used them for residential roofing in the Denver area. How was the quality and communication? Were they on time and on budget?

Yeah, we hired them last spring for a full tear-off. They were great about showing up when they said they would and the crew was super clean. No stray nails in the yard at all. Price was middle of the pack but the peace of mind was worth it.

Second this. They did our commercial flat roof in Lakewood and the project manager walked us through every step since we'd never done a big roof job before. Zero surprises on the final bill, which is rare.
