I mean I get why you said it moves food fast, but the real pro tip is that scraper part. It's not just for pushing stuff around, it's for getting every last bit off the cutting board. Like when you mince garlic or herbs, you just scrape it all up clean. Honestly I use mine for dividing dough way more than cleaning the counter.

You really sold me on the dough dividing part. What other jobs does it do that most people wouldn't think of right away? I've used mine to lift a whole chopped onion into a pan, but I bet there are more tricks like that. Like, does it work for anything besides just stuff in the kitchen?

Actually, that scraper works great for cleaning up dried glue or paint from tables. In my experience, the stiff edge gets into corners better than a rag. Your mileage may vary, but it's saved me a few times in the workshop.
