Just realized my push-up form is causing shoulder pain
Can anyone recommend a good video to correct this... or should I just rest?

Yeah, the shoulder pain bit connects to a bigger pattern I see all the time. Like when someone works through a bad headache to finish a project, or runs on a sore ankle just to keep a streak going. We often ignore our body's signals to stick to a plan or meet a goal. It's that push to be consistent even when it might hurt us. I've done it by powering through tiredness to get a workout in. It's a habit that's hard to break.
