Hold up, is it actually wasting time though? Schedules are so different everywhere, what works for one crew is a total mess for another. Sounds like the Tampa site just has a good system for the downtime. Has anyone pushing this rule even worked a real season on the ground?

What? They can plan around rainy days? Our site's schedule changes three times before lunch. If we waited for perfect weather to train, nobody would ever get certified.

Our site in Tampa actually saves weeks by having trainees start basic tasks. They finish their full certs on the first rainy days we get.
