Unpopular opinion: That time I contributed to album waste for a complete photocard set
During the latest comeback, I purchased thirty copies of my favorite group's album to secure all exclusive photocards. The excitement faded when I was surrounded by identical CDs and booklets, feeling hypocritical about supporting sustainability. I attempted to resell them online, but the market was flooded, and now I'm questioning the entire fan culture economy. It's absurd how a hobby led to such a moral gray area.

Honestly, why do we feel the need to own every single piece of a collection? The hobby is supposed to be fun, not a guilt trip. Isn't it okay to just enjoy what you have?

Why chase completeness when it creates so much waste? Ngl, the whole thing feels like a manufactured scarcity trap.
