Monitor Pest Control vs. Terminix for North Atlanta?

We just moved to the North Atlanta area (Cumming) and need pest control for ants and maybe termite prevention. I'm looking at Monitor Pest Control and Terminix. Anyone have experience with either? Prices? Quality? I want someone local but reliable.

I've used Terminix for a couple years and they're okay but pretty pricey and sometimes just send whoever. A neighbor told me about Monitor Pest Control and I switched last spring. They're local, way more responsive, and actually cheaper for the same quarterly service. No complaints so far.

Terminix is a big name but I feel like they upsell a lot. Monitor is smaller and the tech actually walks the property with you. I'd go with the local guys if you can.
