TIL short task bursts keep me from burning out

I always did my tasks in long, exhausting stretches. Breaking them into 20-minute chunks with breaks has made me way more consistent. What's your favorite way to split up your day?

My brain needs at least a 90 minute block to really click into gear. Short bursts just leave me feeling interrupted all day.
