Vent: Writing down three must-do tasks each morning cleared my head.
Now I don't waste time deciding what to work on first.

Totally get that. Made a similar list yesterday. Had to call the bank, finish a report, and grocery shop. Knocked them out by noon. Felt way less stressed. Now my brain isn't cluttered with random reminders.

Wow, that's so true about lists clearing mental clutter like @amy_davis97 said. I mean, do you find it works better for certain types of tasks, or just everything? Maybe it's just me but I still forget stuff if it's not right in front of me.
