Has anyone worked with Cash House Closers before? I inherited a property in NC that needs a ton of work, and I just want to sell it for cash without dealing with agents, staging, or repairs. Are they legit?

I used them a few months ago and they are definitely legit. They aren't one of those massive national corporations that lowball you with a terrible automated algorithm. They actually know the NC market and gave me a really fair offer right off the bat. It's worth giving them a shot, trust me.
