Found a clever method for sloped sites during a local bridge repair
I was out by the old bridge on Maple Street yesterday, and they're fixing it up. They had scaffold going up, and the ground is all uneven there by the water. Instead of just using wood scraps to level it, they had these adjustable feet on the scaffold legs. I got to chat with one of the erectors, and he said it makes the whole setup way more stable. He let me try adjusting one, and it was pretty simple. I always thought you had to mess around with blocks, but this seems better. It might cost a little extra, but it's worth it for safety. Has anyone here used those before?

Actually, they're standard gear for sloped sites.

Read an article last week about roofers using that kind of setup. Makes total sense for steep work.

Standard gear" is a strong way to put it. I almost never see guys using that stuff around here, honestly. It can't be that common if it's still so rare to spot.
